Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL
1.1. These terms of use regulate the legal relationship arising between OÜ Paksol, registry code 12374415, Vana-Kuuli 15/1-31, Tallinn 13619, Estonia (Trader) and the person who made the purchase (Client) in the purchase-sale of the filters and accessories in the www.filters24.eu  sales environment (e-store).
1.2. In addition to these conditions the legal relationships arising from the distribution of products via the e-store are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. The company may change the terms of use of the e-shop and the prices of products and services. Changes will be announced in the e-shop environment and the changes will take effect upon the publication at the website www.filters24.eu. Transactions are subject to conditions and prices applicable at the time of the transaction.
1.4. The selection of products, prices and discounts may differ from the product selection, prices and discounts of the Trader’s retail product selection.
2. PRICE
2.1. The prices of the products are provided on the products’ sheet and the prices include the 22% value added tax (VAT) in force in Estonia. 
2.2. The delivery fee in accordance with the delivery method chosen by the Client in the course of formalising the order is added to the price of the products. The manner of delivery will be chosen and the delivery charge calculated in the basket.
2.3. In case of the existence of a discount code the discount of the product will be calculated after entering the discount code in the basket.


3. COMPLETING THE ORDER
3.1. The Client will add the product to the basket after choosing the product by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
3.2. You can change quantities in the shopping cart and remove items from the shopping cart until you pay for the product. The company informs the client of his or her unconfirmed order.
3.3. To complete the order, you must enter the necessary data in the shopping cart, select the payment method and click on the “Confirm order" button.
3.4. The order is deemed finalized after pressing the “Confirm order " button and receiving the payment.
3.5. The Trader will send a notification for the confirmation of the order to the Client’s email address.
3.6. In case of not having the Product ordered by the Client the Trader will cancel the order. An order may be cancelled in part as well as in whole. The Client will be informed of a cancelled order immediately. In case of a partial cancellation the Trader may ask for the Client’s wishes for handling the rest of the order – whether to dispatch or cancel as well.
4. PAYMENT
4.1. The Client will pay for the purchases made in the Web environment (e-store) 100% in advance.
4.2. For orders, you can pay by credit card  (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro),  
4.3. Payment takes place in a secure environment outside the e-store – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank (Montonio.com), when paying by credit card in the secure environment of Stripe (http://stripe.com/) The Trader does not have access to the Client’s bank and credit card details.
4.4. After placing the order and making the payment the Client will be sent a confirmation via email, on delivery an invoice is added to the parcel; for a dispatch outside the European Union a customs declaration is also added (UPU form CN22).
5. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS TO THE CLIENT
5.1. The e-store delivers products to all the European Union Member States and to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
5.2. Products will be delivered to the customer by package terminal (Itella, Omniva, DPD), by courier (Itella, Venipak), by  Registered Maxi Letter, Registered Parcell  Omniva (AS Eesti Post) 
5.3. The Client will pay for the costs arising from the delivery of the Products. Depending on the destination the parcel fee is: Fees are shown in DELIVERY

5.4. The Trader will complete the orders, incl. hand over to the post office for dispatch within three working days from the confirmation of the order at the latest. The arrival of the product to the Client depends on the postal service. The indicative arrival times are:
* Estonia: 1-3 working days
* Latvia, Lithuania: 2-5 working days
* Finland: 3-5 working days.
* The rest of the European Union: 5-7 days.
* Belarus, Ukraine: 1,5-2 weeks
* Russia: 1,5-2 weeks
6. RIGHT OF RETURN
6.1. For order returns please apply by email: info@filters24.eu. Customer have a right to return ordered goods (in good conditions and original packaging) within 30 days after receive. Goods should be sent back by customer expenses to the following address: Punane 42 – 314, Tallinn 13619, Estonia,  company PAKSOL OU.  After receive order amount will be refunded.
